Annex III/A 2009For this species, the sale, transport for sale, keeping for sale and the offering for sale of live or dead specimens and of any readily recognisable parts or derivatives of such birds is prohibited unless it has been legally killed or captured or otherwise legally acquired, according to Annex III/A of the EU Bird Directive 2009/147/EC.
